Upon completing the download, it may be necessary to create a Teamviewer account. Once the account is established, you will be provided with "Your ID" and "Your Password". Please forward the obtained "Your ID" and temporary "Your Password" designated in the program to our designated email address: IT@refurb-world.com. In the subject line, kindly indicate "REMOTE LOGIN". Additionally, include your telephone number and the model unit you purchased.
Allow us a brief period to respond and establish the remote connection.
